Taylor approached us as he needed a new website to display their variety of personally branded products. Although he did not want users to be able to make purchases through the website, we chose to go with WooCommerce and removed the payment gateway functionality.
Instead of users being able to make a purchase, they are asked to fill in a detailed webform and submit their information to request a quote or a free visual.
All information captured from the webforms are stored in Totally Branded’s ActiveCampaign account for further remarketing purposes. The CRM also allows the sales team to check in with customers and add notes to their individual contact cards based on recent interactions with the team.
The website has been built user-friendly, allowing the Totally Branded team to frequently update products in WooCommerce as the website expands in product options.
Once launched; we started on the Success Plan. This included dedicated SEO work to push this brand new website up in Googles rankings, PPC traffic and retargeting banners as well as further web development and marketing.
