MBK Group is a training provider for early years businesses. They provide comprehensive training programs, including preparation for Ofsted inspections, team improvement initiatives, and sales techniques. These training sessions are available through in-person or Zoom sessions. Despite their robust service offerings, MBK Group’s website was disorganised and inefficient, prompting a significant redesign.
The excessive content and poor navigation structure were major stumbling blocks, preventing users from efficiently finding the information they needed or engaging with the available resources, which included extensive training materials and operational manuals.
Therefore we did a thorough website redesign. This revamp focused on coherent branding and more relevant, engaging imagery. The site was reconstructed using Elementor, allowing for straightforward future edits by the MBK Group team. Including user testimonials was also part of the redesign, adding social proof and trust to the website.
The redesigned website features improved search and filtering options, making it easier for users to find relevant training courses and resources. New additions include an efficient booking system, a section dedicated to operational manuals, and a knowledge centre. The website overhaul has led to increased user engagement, more training bookings, and improved Google rankings.
