marketing automation
Your CRM and website should be doing more of the work
You have the tools. A CRM, a website, a team. What you do not have is the time to connect it all properly and the headspace to keep it running. That is where you bring us in.
A practical approach
Most businesses we speak to do not need a brand new system. The platform is already there. The website is already there. They are just not talking to each other properly, and the workflows were never finished.
You get what you have already paid for, properly connected and finished off. If a fresh start is genuinely the right answer, we will tell you. Most of the time, it is not.
Meet Nathan, your automation lead
Every project runs through Nathan, our automation specialist. He has spent years connecting websites to CRMs, untangling half built workflows, and turning manual processes into systems that run themselves.
When you book a call, you are speaking to him directly. No account managers, no handoffs.
Where automation makes the biggest difference
Website and CRM integration
Your leads, customer data and behaviour flow straight into your CRM. Nothing lost, nothing entered twice.
Lead capture and qualification
Forms and qualification workflows that ask the right questions upfront, so your sales team only speaks to people worth speaking to.
Billing and invoicing
Automated invoicing, reminders and reconciliation. You get paid faster, with less chasing.
Email that responds to behaviour
Follow-ups, newsletters and one-to-one emails that trigger from what your contacts actually do. More relevant for them, less work for you.
Sales Pipelines
A clear deal pipeline so you know what to do next, who to follow up with, and where the revenue is sitting.
Improve customer services
New clients get a consistent, professional welcome. Existing ones get faster responses. Your team gets time back.
Integrations we build
We connect the tools your business already runs on, so they share data and work as one system rather than as separate islands.
Common integrations we build:
- WordPress forms into ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Keap, HubSpot and others
- Sales Pipelines and sales team tasks
- WooCommerce into your CRM for purchase tracking and post sale automation
- Stripe for subscription and payment automation
- Calendly, TidyCal and other booking tools into your follow up workflows
- LearnDash and MemberPress into your CRM for course and membership automation
- Xero and QuickBooks for billing and invoicing automation
- Zapier and Make for the connections that need a bridge
- Custom API integrations when an off the shelf connection does not exist
- New customer onboarding emails and communications via SMS or Whatsapp
If the tool you use is not on this list, ask. We have probably worked with it.
The tools we work with
We have spent years with these platforms day in, day out. You get the benefit of that experience without having to build it yourself.
How you can work with us
Four businesses, four different starting points, four different outcomes. Here is the work behind the numbers.

Initial setup
A one off project to get your systems built and connected properly. We scope the work, give you a fixed quote, and deliver a setup that is ready to run. Most clients start here.

Ongoing support and improvements
Once the setup is live, you can keep us on a monthly plan to maintain the system, build new workflows as the business changes, and improve what is already there. Optional, no lock in, and the right fit if you want a long term partner who knows your setup.

Done for you
Prefer to hand over the running of it altogether? You tell us what you want, we make it happen. That might be sending out your weekly email, building new automations as you launch new offers, managing your contact list, or running the whole automation engine on your behalf. Priced on what you need each month.
Not sure which option fits? Tell us about your automation challenges and we will see if we can help you reach your goals.
Recent automation projects
Four businesses, four different starting points, four different outcomes. Here is the work behind the numbers.
Dog Trainer (UK)
Running the whole business off a Facebook page. No website, no booking system, no follow-up, no way to scale beyond word of mouth.
The fix: Built a lead generation website with a “first session free when you book ten” offer, connected to Calendly, ActiveCampaign and a deals pipeline. Layered on automated email follow-ups, customer segmentation, birthday and loyalty campaigns, refer-a-friend automations, and a weekly dog walking booking system.
The result: Monthly revenue grew from £4,000 to £25,000, with a team of six now running the operation.
Call Answering Service (UK)
A messy website with manual onboarding, no clear lead funnel, and the team handling everything by hand as the business grew.
The fix: Built free trial forms with automated follow-ups, lead magnets pushing prospects toward the trial, a sales pipeline for trial conversions, lead scoring to flag the most engaged contacts for personal outreach, and automated client onboarding to replace the manual forms.
The result: Grew from 200 clients to nearly 1,000 in three years, with two hours of team time saved on every new client onboarded.
Business Leadership Coaching (UK)
Running Salesforce for sales outreach and ActiveCampaign for email marketing, with no connection between the two. Customer data was inconsistent, and when a prospect became a customer, nothing in the system noticed.
The fix: Consolidated everything into ActiveCampaign — sales pipeline, outreach, email marketing and customer data all in one place — with automated triggers so customer status actually drives what happens next.
The result: One connected system replacing two disconnected ones, accurate customer data the team can trust, and £15,000 a year saved on software costs.
Health Training Provider (USA)
Selling memberships at a single flat price, with no way to offer higher tier options or run targeted campaigns to existing members.
The fix: Built tiered membership levels with access controls, automated onboarding questionnaires that segment members for higher ticket outreach, and sales funnels for key launches and seasonal campaigns.
The result: A new mastermind tier added $100,000 to annual profit, monthly membership sales hit record highs, and both churn and engagement moved firmly in the right direction.
Automation Frequently Asked Questions
We already have something set up. Can you take over what we have?
Yes, this is most of what we do. Whether you are on ActiveCampaign, Keap, HubSpot, Mailchimp or something else, you do not need to start again. We audit what is already in place, finish what was left half built, and improve the parts that are not pulling their weight.
What if we use a different platform?
ActiveCampaign is our specialism. We have been a certified consultant since 2016 and it is the platform we know inside out. We also support Mailchimp, Keap, GoHighLevel, MailerLite, HubSpot and others, so if you are already set up on one of those you do not need to switch. If your current platform is genuinely holding you back, we will say so honestly rather than work around it.
How much does this cost?
The initial setup is a one off project, scoped and quoted based on what you need. From there you can either run it yourself or keep us on a monthly plan for ongoing improvements and support. Done for you work, where we run automations or send campaigns on your behalf, is priced monthly based on the workload. After your discovery call you get a clear quote with no surprises.
How long before we see results?
Quick wins, often within the first few weeks. A connected CRM, a working lead capture form or a tidy onboarding sequence start paying back almost immediately. Bigger pipeline and revenue impact builds over the following months as more of the system comes online.
Do we have to commit to a long contract?
No. Projects are quoted on what you need. If you want ongoing support afterwards we offer monthly plans, but there is no lock in.
What do you need from us to get started?
Less than you might think. Access to your current systems, a conversation about how the business actually works, and someone on your side who can answer questions when we have them. We handle the rest, including writing any content the automations need.
Do you only work with businesses in Warwickshire?
No. We are based in Warwick and work with clients all over the UK and further afield. Most of the work is done remotely, with calls and screen shares as needed.
