Project Summary

Flicx is the world’s leading supplier of artificial cricket pitches, selling to clubs and associations worldwide.

Their old website was dated and built on ageing technology. They wanted a modern site that let customers buy pitches and equipment online, request quotes for custom packages, and showcase the case studies and testimonials they’d built up over years of working with clubs across the globe.

We rebuilt the site in WordPress, Elementor and WooCommerce, designed around their brand and printed marketing so everything felt joined up. The new site features bold product imagery, video banners, a full shop, a cricket kit bundle builder, and a filterable resource centre. It’s connected to ActiveCampaign so every order, brochure download and quote request is captured, segmented and followed up automatically.

I generally associate everything website-related as quite stressful/painful/annoying, but I have to say that this hasn't been the case with Melt. They designed and implemented our site for us on a very short timeline, due to a promotion we were going to run. It only took one round of feedback for them to "get" our design style, which is unusual because we're very picky about look and feel. And their implementation was perfect.
