GSA specialises in outreach telemarketing for lead generation, serving both UK and international businesses. We designed their website six years ago, but over time, GSA’s website appeared outdated and needed more functionality. The need for a more streamlined and modern website became evident with the client’s expanding content creation and service offerings. The previous website showcased the services but needed more ease of navigation.
To better serve GSA’s clients and highlight their services, we introduced a ‘mega menu’ allowing visitors to access the various services effortlessly. Each service page was refreshed with highlighted Google reviews to boost credibility.
We upgraded the website’s infrastructure to provide a modern look and feel while ensuring ease of management for GSA. This upgrade allowed for better flexibility in showcasing the vast amount of content the client produces.
We enhanced the ‘Knowledge Centre’, segmenting it according to the diverse content types GSA produces. Also, we added relevant imagery to improve the site’s aesthetic appeal. Furthermore, we emphasised clear calls to action, prompting users to request consultations or quotes. As an ongoing service, we also assist GSA with SEO to improve their Google rankings.
