I’ve had my website built with Melt Creative. It’s awesome! The team at Melt were brilliant and we worked together to get the site exactly how I wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The site went live seamlessly without any issues which was great. I’ve also signed up for their SEO monthly service to help grow the site organically as they have an excellent reputation. I can’t wait to see my clinic grow with their help.

Thanks as ever.  I need to say that our website has been smashing it all!  We usually go quiet in August and we have not stopped. We have enquiries totalling £120k which we obviously need to convert but that is unprecedented.  Normally we don’t start what we are doing now, until January! Melt have completely rebuilt both my e-commerce and membership website. Since going live, we’ve seen increased leads, increased membership sign ups and increased sales. The most recent project was a complete redesign of the Sense website, which was designed to promote our new positioning in the market – the feedback has been absolutely amazing, and since we have won a range of new clients.

The set up that the guys at Melt did means we are now generating enquiries the right way. The new automations are segmenting and moving contacts through our sales pipelines smoothly and efficiently, meaning our contacts receive the correct information. We are seeing increased interest and most importantly sales as a result.

Over the past 8 years or so we have been introduced to various different Web designers and SEO specialists, people who claim they can do wonders with our website etc. We have spent a lot of money on all the various aspects of building, maintaining and then ranking our site to try and utilise this side of our business which has become so vital in terms of obtaining new customers and leads.

We always felt that one specialist who could do one thing well but then another part would be missing and we never felt completely in control either as if there were always something we weren’t fully understanding.

Then we were introduced to Matt at Melt Design. We now have complete control of what we put up online, we can do as little or as much as we want and the team’s expertise means we never have to go anywhere else again as they are genius when it comes to anything on ‘the web’.  We are currently putting more time and effort into our online presence than ever before but thanks to Melt we are spending less money and every penny spent is fruitful at bringing us more productive leads than we have previously experienced. We have had a 445% increase in sales through the website since it was re-launched. We are continuing to grow, develop and scale the website to make the process as easy for our customers as possible.

The new website has been easier to amend as the functionality on WordPress is simple to edit when adding new voice over artists. The website is quicker and easier to navigate as we have lots of content and samples to listen to. It was good to have a thorough clear out and organise all of our outdated audio/video files. Now we are able to properly filter leads and qualify them better.

When I first received the quote I was concerned we couldn’t afford the sites, due to cash flow. But I was offered the monthly payment plan, and it was a no brainer for me. The results we see from the two sites is incredible. We are now about to start our third website.
We wouldn’t have been able to have had the websites built without the payment plan, and we just class it as a marketing expense.

I never have problems with the website however, the team at Melt are always happy to help on technical support and share their knowledge when I have questions. I have a really good relationship with them too and it’s good to know you can have a laugh with your web developers.
