Admin-level login to your WordPress site (we can create one if needed), access to your domain and hosting, plus any third-party tools we’ll be working with such as Google Analytics, Zapier or Vimeo.
Yes. We prefer to host with our own setup because it lets us support you more effectively and quickly, but we’re happy to work with your existing host if you’d rather stay put. If you do want to move to our hosting, we’ll do the migration for free as part of your support plan, with no impact on your live site.
Just email us with what you need. Most simple changes go straight to your live site once we’ve made them. For bigger changes, we’ll set up a staging version so you can review before anything goes live, and we’ll jump on a quick call if we need to clarify anything first.
First, don’t panic. Most issues are caught by our monitoring before you’d even notice. But if something does slip through, we’re already on it. We’ll be in touch fast and have your site back up as quickly as possible. This is exactly what your support plan is for.
Yes, where possible. We use our own agency licences for popular tools like Gravity Forms, WP Fusion, Elementor and LearnDash, which saves you the cost. If you need a specific premium plugin we don’t already license, we’ll let you know upfront and ask you to provide the file and licence.

Yes. We don’t lock anyone into long contracts. If you need to cancel, your plan ends on your next billing date, and that’s that. We’d rather have a happy client for years than a trapped one for months.
