Tinkable is a medical aesthetics group with five clinics across the Midlands, and this skin clinic website design project moved them off Wix and onto WordPress. Founded in Enville in 2004, the group now treats patients in Enville, Bridgnorth, Leamington Spa, Coventry and Daventry. Every injection is given by a doctor or nurse prescriber, and Tinkable has held a Save Face excellence award for more than ten years running.
The care was never the problem. The website was. There was no real structure, the content was thin, and the platform gave five separate clinics no way to compete in five separate towns. Someone searching for Profhilo in Bridgnorth or anti-wrinkle treatment in Coventry simply was not finding Tinkable, and the site was producing next to no enquiries. For a regulated medical service with more than twenty years of reputation behind it, that was a lot of good work going unseen.
So we rebuilt all of it, structure, content and design. Every clinic now has its own page with its own named practitioners, treatments are organised by concern as well as by procedure, and the trust signals a nervous patient actually looks for sit in front of them rather than buried three clicks away. You can see the finished site at tinkable.co.uk.
Aesthetics is a sector where people are cautious, and rightly so. Before anyone books an injectable treatment, they want to know who is holding the needle, what they are registered with, and where the product came from. In a regulated market, a lead generation website is not selling a service so much as removing a reason to hesitate. Get that right and the enquiries follow, which is exactly what happened here.

Tinkable went from a website that generated almost nothing to one that brings in new patients every week.
