GDCV is a specialist financial services firm that structures Genuinely Diverse Commercial Vehicles, the holding arrangements that allow pension funds to invest in property while staying compliant with HMRC pension tax legislation. Their clients are business owners with money already sitting in pensions, most of whom have been told, sometimes by their own adviser, that this simply is not possible. That is a demanding brief for any pension investment website design, because the first job is not selling, it is explaining.
They came to us with a single page website built on Wix. It said who they were, but it could not carry the weight of the education their market needs, and it gave them nowhere to send people who wanted to go deeper. Every enquiry landed in an inbox and had to be qualified by hand, which is expensive when each conversation involves a genuinely complex tax structure.
We designed and built a new WordPress site in Elementor, structured around teaching first and capturing second. The site explains what a GDCV is in plain terms, sets out the solutions across unit trusts and REITs, hosts the webinar and whitepaper, and pushes every enquiry into Pipedrive so the team can follow up properly. A short qualification assessment sits at the front of the journey, so people find out where they stand before anyone picks up the phone. You can see it at gdcv.co.uk.
Most websites sell something the visitor already understands. This one had to introduce the idea first. Search volume in this niche is close to zero, because almost nobody types in a term for a product they have never heard of, so we did not sell them search engine optimisation they had no use for. The growth comes from outreach, email and referral, which means the site has one job, to take a warm introduction and turn it into a qualified conversation. Everything on the page is built around that.

A site that finally matches the complexity of what GDCV actually does, without overclaiming a word of it.
If it isn’t pulling its weight, we’ll show you why. One of our experts will review your site for free and send you a plain report, with the changes that matter most listed in order, so you know where to start.
